Deep Tissue Massage: a focused massage with the intent of relieving muscle pain and tension. Time will be spent in the area specified as problematic using heavy pressure, slow strokes and complimented by Swedish techniques. (Please note: in some situations deep tissue massage can be dangerous to your wellbeing. See contraindications.) 60m: $100,    90m: $150

Pregnancy Massage: a massage for the expectant mother, with the use of bolsters and specific techniques intended to aid in relieving pains, discomforts and even anxieties specific to the process of bringing a new life into the world! Can incorporate reiki in a 90-minute session. 60m: $100,    90m: $150

Hot Towel Massage: a relaxing massage using Swedish techniques, Reflexology and warmed towels for sinking into achy muscles or just to soothe and comfort. Requires a 90-minute session.                       90m: $160

Reiki: a Japanese method of relaxation provided through a gentle hands-on technique. Reiki can help with a variety of issues including but not limited to: anxiety, insomnia & stress.  It is a wonderful modality for anyone, but especially those who need the soothing benefits of massage but cannot receive it due to health issues. Can be incorporated into a 90-minute Swedish massage or booked as a 45-minute or 60-minute treatment by itself. 30m: $60,  45m: $80,   60m: $100

Reflexology: used to promote relaxation, improve circulation, reduce pain, soothe tired feet and encourage overall healing by releasing stress through points on the feet and hands.
