Personal Transformation

September 4, 2012

A caterpillar does not shed it’s skin or sprout wings…

It actually dissolves out of one state to transform into another. The fluid-like substance needs a womb or cocoon to contain it or it would leak out and no transformation would take place.

We need this womb to transform ourselves also.  A daily practice of mindful meditation, knowing you have everything needed within yourself, can begin the spinning of this cocoon. Going inside can be enhanced by routine massage sessions also. A good Therapist acts as “signpost” for you to get in touch.

Finding your inner self is a journey.

Do not try to fix or improve. Simply express your fullest potential.
